Our help is in the name of the LORD,
the maker of heaven and earth.

O Lord our God, maker of heaven and earth, our help and our hope, our protector and defender, guard us today from all dangers of body and soul, so that at the day’s close we might give thanks to you with glad hearts; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
