I came across a short video (sorry, it’s not embeddable) in which Ligon Duncan explains how, as a busy pastor, he finds rest and refreshment in the Lord’s Day.

  1. Good stuff. I like his perspective on a “good tiredness” that comes after a day of ministry among God’s people, as well as the idea of making sure your own soul is being fed on the Lord’s Day along with the rest of the people.
